Commission TOS

-I have the right to refuse any order for any reason
-I do not consent to having my artwork fed to any AI model. My art is made without any use of AI.
-The time it may take to complete your commission may change based on complexity. I will provide an ETA when discussing your request.
-I accept unlimited revisions during the sketching phase, but once I move on to line art and colouring the listed price includes up to 3 revisions. Any revisions after this point costs a fee.
-I reserve the right to post the completed commission online as part of my portfolio.
-I retain all copyright over the completed work, but do not claim the IP of any completed work (your characters are still yours!)
-Please discuss with me if the piece you are commissioning is for commercial use (Prints, Merch, etc)

-Fanart
-OCs
I CANNOT Draw:
-Mecha
-NSFW
-Violence/Gore
-Some Animals

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

-Client may cancel commission at any time, but amount refunded depends on stage of commission:
-Sketch Stage: 100%
-Line Art Stage: 75%
-Flat Colours: 50%
-If I cancel the commission for any reason, client receives 100% refund
-If you are cancelling a commission and have paid via PayPal, DO NOT file a chargeback. I will return the funds to you myself.
